This article describes and outlines all the terms, acronyms and definitions used in Tangiblee reports available on Tangiblee Management Portal
Device
A visitor's technology platform used for browsing a client's website: Desktop, Tablet, Mobile, or All.
Locale
Specifies the locale of the client using Tangiblee. This drop-down is available only for clients that implemented Tangiblee on more than one locale.
Visitors
Website visitors who see/have access to the Tangiblee CTA.
Users
Visitors who have initiated at least one session during the date range of the report.
Visitor Opened
Visitors who clicked the Tangiblee CTA and opened the Tangiblee UX (popup) at least once in the last 30 days.
Open Rate %
The number of visitors who opened the Tangiblee widget divided by the number of visitors had access to the widget. [Visitors Opened] / [Visitors]
Time in Tangiblee (sec)
The average duration (in seconds) that a user spends inside the Tangiblee UX (popup).
Published SKU
A product or a SKU that were processed successfully by Tangiblee, published by Tangiblee and will show Tangiblee CTA on a PDP with that SKU ID.
Active Product (Active SKU)
A product or item SKU that is processed and published by Tangiblee with one specific color and one specific size that is available on the client website within the last 30 days. For example, if an item SKU comes in two colors and has two sizes per color, the Active Product/SKU count will be four APs.
Bad SKU
A product SKU that Tangiblee attempted to process but was unsuccessful. Typically, this is due to one of the following reasons:
- Product SKU dimensions are missing from the PDP (product detail page)
- Product SKU image(s) quality is too low
- Product SKU image(s) are positioned at a poor angle (too tilted)
Segment
Specifies to which segment the user belongs. e.g. for Ecommerce Performance report, a user can be either part of All Users segment or part of Users Opened (Opened Tangiblee).
Revenue Per Visitor (RPV)
Revenue Per Visitor = (RPV) is a measurement of the amount of money generated each time a customer visits your website. It is calculated by dividing the total revenue by the total number of visitors to your website.
Average Order Value (AOV)
Average Order Value = the total revenue generated divided by the number of orders.
Conversion Rate (CVR)
The number of website conversions divided by the number of visitors.
